The information you share is used only to respond to your inquiry and decide whether Jessica can help. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes.
Before you send confidential details
Reaching out through this site or by phone does not yet create an attorney-client relationship. Please hold back on confidential or privileged information until Jessica has confirmed in writing that she is representing you.
How long we keep it
If we do not end up representing you, your information is kept only long enough to run a conflict check, and then it is discarded.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content-security policy. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not include highly sensitive personal, medical, or case-critical information in your very first message.
